Taking individuals and bringing out their potential

It is our philosophy that all people, regardless of their physical or mental disabilities have the right to live in a stable and safe environment. We believe in the encouragement of choice making in all aspects of daily living, in providing social and recreational activities in the least restrictive environment possible, and in encouraging natural supports.

We aim to empower adults with developmental disabilities by enhancing their daily living and independent living skills through hands-on, purposeful activities. Our individually designed programs focus on education, skill-building, and fostering mental well-being through urban agriculture.

Better Care Starts With You!
